Can I eat pasta?!

Question: like spaghetti and ramen?

Answers: like spaghetti and ramen?

Fresh pasta (like the kind in the refrigerated section at the grocery or served in some restaurants) usually has eggs.

Dried pasta in a box is almost always vegan. Learn to read labels and ask questions at restaurants, it's a valuable skill for those who wish to know what's in their food.

Only if you want to. Is there some reason you think you cannot?

Do you have a big hole in your face under your nose?

idk can u y wouldnt u be able to??????????

yeah its a grain

Most pasta has egg in it..you might want to read the ingredients.

Yes you can, most pastas are vegan. Just stay away from egg noodles and the refrigerated pastas. When in doubt check the ingredients. I ate pasta for dinner last night!

pasta and chicken is great!

should be.. Just double check that the spaghetti has no egg in the noodles (most don't) and check the ramen ingredients.. that's a bit trickier

I think theh only vegetarian ramen is the TOP RAMEN brand oriental flavor.. or you can use the noodles (i think they're fine) and season it yourself!!

of course you can.
they have special wheat pasta's for vegan's and ramen is safe to eat. I use to eat it when I was vegan.

Read the labels, darling---you may be "vegan", but you are certainly a poor researcher...

anyone with a pulse can eat pasta..... it's just a matter of if you enjoy it.

You can't have egg noodles. But, most pastas, yes. Always read the ingredients before buying.

I recommend Soba over ramen. Good quality organic buckwheat noodles and veggie broth are way better than ramen and instant soup base.

it is not an animal product so yes

As long as it has no eggs in it, I don't see why not. As for Ramen noodles, I believe you can eat the noodles, but not the seasonings. Ramen noodles are awful for you though.

If you're going to be vegan, you absolutely MUST learn how to read labels. Most ramen soups have meat ingredeints in the flavor packets, so they're not suitable. There are more expensive types in natural foods stores, but you'll have to RTFL to make sure it's vegan.

And I had whole wheat penne with an Amy's pasta sauce and some sauteed kale the other night. It was GOOD.
