always check the label.
always read the ingredients and look them up to make sure they're vegan.

never trust PETA's "accidentally vegan" they've always been known to have animal ingredients in those products, well at least most of the list.

taken from their own website: "*Items listed may contain trace amounts of animal-derived ingredients...."

PETA it made a list that names all the cereals that are vegan.......

Porridge made with soya milk. Sweeten with slices of fresh fruit......Lovely.

Honey (comes from bees, obvi) and vitamin D3 (comes from sheep's wool) might be things to look out for. Not sure what else could be in cereal to watch out for?

most organic cereals are ok

Always check the label hun :)

You could try dry cereals that you reconstitute with soy milk/ water like Cream of brown rice and steel cut/ rolled oats or cream of wheat.
Just make sure there are only 1 or two ingredients in them. They take longer to cook but are healthier for you because they only contain the grain and no sugar or other agents in them. You can then add your own sweetener. Try products from Bob's Red Mill.

corn flakes, with yougurt, or other cereals with yougurt taste very nice.
