How do i gain weight fast? i want to be at least 125 pounds.?!
Answers: i am currently about 75 pounds, and i want to gain weight fast so my doctor will be happy. also i think if ur at least 130 pounds, you have good curves. my body almost has no shapes, and i want a shape. i want that full body curvy look. any help? oh i am a vegetarian even though i still eat some turkey,chicken,and steak, and london broil. ( i know i'm not a vegetarian but i consider myself one because i like vegetables more than meat.HELP!
okay first of all i wanna say that I think it is SOO cool that you're actually trying to GAIN weight instead of the many people that are out there constantly looking to thin down. I love that you are wanting the "curvy" look instead of the "i'm a twig" look :-)
first of all you don't want to just eat a whole bunch of junk food to gain weight because that will just make you tired and lazy but eat foods that have good fat in them.
Here are some options:
-pasta
-bagels/other breads
-peanut butter-try it on apples/crackers/or be inventive :) it taste good but also has a lot of protein!
-dairy products like yogurt (regualar or frozen), cheeses, milk products
-nuts or trail mix: i like to put cashews, m&m's, raisens, peanuts, reeses peices, and whatever else comes to mind!
PS: I also consider myself a vegetarian too because I'm not a big fan of meat (other than turkey & chicken) so I know it is hard to just eat a big burger and gain 10 pounds ;-) but i hope i could help!!
try eating bean everyday
If you go to a health food store (or maybe in your grocery), there will be powders to add to smoothies and drinks ... like Weight-On. You could make a milkshake or smoothie to eat with each meal, adding a scoop of ice cream with whole milk, some fruit and a scoop of weight-on or protein powders (can add ice & put on the blender too)
try drinking a drink called asure i think it is,you can ask at the market or drug store.this is very good.try ice cream.half and half milk,take some vitamins,good luck

Its hard gaining weight but I guess with all that meat you eat it shouldnt be too hard. You might end up getting ur weight in the wrong places so idk..
Dont exercise?Just eat I guess?Be lazy?
get 50 dollars and order a couple supersized big mac combos from Mc donalds...
or, stop considering yourself a vegetarian, and eat more meat like the carnivor you are. :P

How tall are you? How old are you? Those are factors too.

hate to tell you this but the only way you will gain weight is by eating meat
you should love your body! so many people would love to be as skinny as you, but if you really want to gain some weight, make sure you do it healthily, the best way to do it healthily is rather than increasing the amount of greasy junk food you eat, just make your portion sizes bigger. A vegeterian doesnt mean your not a fan of meat, it means that you do not eat meat, full stop. sorry :(
