Is soya milk healthy?!

Question: I drink quite a lot of it. I drink less cow's milk now.

(I'm cutting down my dairy and I'm doing well!)

Is soya milk good for you? Do you drink it?

Cheers x

hi, only drink soya milk, it is really healthy!
naturally low in saturated fat
contains all 8 essential amino acids
contains natural isoflavones
naturally contains omegs 6 and 3
and a better way to get calcium than cows milk!
this is also good for people that want to lower their cholesterol!
go to http://www.alprosoya.com for using it in recipes!
and well done for cutting down on dairy! :) x

Yes. Soya milk is good for you. Especially if you are a vegetarian because it's protein. It's also a nice drink on a hot day.

yeah, It's really a good drink. It's good specially for menopause

I'm not sure whether it's healthier or not...
But it has a lot less fat.

soy milk is like normal milk
but instead i recommend drinking skim milk
skim milk has more vitamins and is better for u

The body needs a certain amount of fat in its daily diet and the milkfat found in dairy is a natural way of consuming that type of food. If you are lactose intolerant, try lactose free milk. Milk has casein which is a source of protein yet I drink dairy milk for the calcium and Vit D which is required for the absorption of the calcium into the body. Too many teenagers today are not consuming enough calcium and reports are showing that their bone density is below avg possibly leading to osteoporosis later in life. Good luck with your food choices.

yes

I don't drink soy milk, but I never really drank cows' milk when I was omni. I primarily use soy milk in cooking and baking, or splashed on some cereal. Anything in large amounts is not really good. But I'd wager that soy milk is a lot better than cows' milk.

And you can get vitamin D from sunshine. Not to mention many soy milks are fortified with vitamin D and calcium.

It's healthy as long as you aren't allergic to soy.

2 points thx
