Answers: how do you choose what things you can eat and can't eat? Please give examples.

obviously you can't eat meat.
you also can't have certain things that contain gelatin like marshmallows and gummy worms.

you can have vegetables, pastas, breads, veggie burgers, tofu, etc.

u cant eat meat and u can eat vegitables

You can't eat meat (this includes birds and fish, by the way). You can eat anything else.

If you are vegan, you don't eat any animal product (honey, meat, dairy, etc). You can eat anything else.

if ur a vegitarian you dont eat meat, so dont eat anything that used to be alive.

ask for the food that can be substitute by veggy ingrediant.

it's all up to you, it's a personal decision, there's a lot of levels of vegetarianism. there's vegans who don't eat animal products (meat, dairy, eggs, etc.) vegetarians who don't eat anything with meat (even things like chicken ramen uses meat products for flavoring), there are vegetarians who still eat fish, and there are vegetarians who just don't eat red meat or pork. Whatever you are comfortable with is what you should do.

You don't eat meat, but can eat fish, eggs and I think birds? Not sure about birds. I don't think you eat birds? Eat things high in protein such as peanuts and beans. That sounds like a bad combo...

depends on what type of vegetarian you want to be i am a vegetarian and i eat all veges fruits drink milk eat yogurt and cheese. I Do Not eat any kind of meat and no fish (sea food) no eggs. hope it helps
best wishes

It depends. Vegetarians can eat anything that doesn't contain meat -- such as fruits, veggies, soy products, whole grains, nuts, seeds. But if you become a vegan, that means also giving up any foods that contain animal by-products, such as milk and eggs. You should also make sure that you do it properly, because sometimes a vegetarian diet can be lacking in nutrients such as iron and calcium. Good luck.

well first of all that is my question because i am going to be working in a vet store when i have the age but i would start getting used to eating vegetarian stuff instead of meat and all those other stuff for example i asked this person from petco and he said well i started eating just vegetarian stuff and when i was little i ate all kinds of stuff

There are different types of vegetarians out there. First, there is the lightest one (in my opinion) where you don't eat red meat such as pork or beef, but you eat chicken and seafood. However, that's not really being a vegetarian per se. Then there's the other one, where you don't land animals such as poultry and red meat or any other kind, and you can still eat dairy products and seafood. That's mainly for those fasting during lent, but some choose to go that way. Another type is the one where all meat including seafood are given up and you only eat vegies and dairy product, and any non-animal products. Then the most extreme is being a vegan, where you eat no meat, no seafood, and no dairy product. It's up to you to choose which path, and if this is your first time, you might want to start slow at something that's easier so you cna get use to the whole process, and gradually move it into your daily life. Good luck!

You can eat carrots, lots of carrots.

You eat whatever you want to eat. You can keep up with your protein and vitamin intake by eating soy meat, tofu, hummus, tempeh, different types of beans, and etc. :)

well if you really wanted to be a purist and not eat anything that was once alive you would not eat plants either. so...do the environment a favor and not eat, live in a house, use heat, wear clothes, drive, fly, or breathe.

ridiculous

you can eat anything that didn't once have a face :)

there's a ton of foods out there besides meat, your just so used to eating the same things you don't really think about them or seek them out....
