What should I eat rice with?!
Answers: I've recently bought a bag of brown rice, and I have no idea what to eat with it. Any suggestions? I'm a vegetarian so no meat :P
Steamed veggies. You can eat them on the side or mix them in with the rice after they are steamed and the rice is cooked.

saute some onion, and spring onion, add bamboo shoots, water chestnuts/steam broccoli - there's your supper!!
butter, gravies, or seeason it up.... by the way why brown rice?

Any beans, make fried rice with tofu, jambalaya with no meat, corn, black beans and salsa for a Tex-mex flavor, add to veggie soup.
make some lentils to go with it....I love that!!
or make stir fried rice with onions, carrots, peas, bean sprouts, egg or (if your vegan) tofu
For a simple snack try brown rice and soya sauce. Otherwise rice goes well with vegetable curries.
you should eat your rice with a side dish that you like with white rice. White rice is basically the brown rice without the bran.
Personally, i like eating Korean side-dishes like kimchi with rice. I think that vegetables would be the top choice here. Just remember, brown rice tends to be firmer than most rice.
i would cook the rice then leave to cool, add cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn(tin of) spring onions, drained kidney beans,sliced mixed peppers(red/green/yellow/orange) sliced raw corguette, diced cucumber then serve on a bed of herb salad, sprinkle mixed seeds or nuts and drizzle sweet chilli sauce over it!

For a simple aka easy dish, I like to combine rice with beans (black beans especially). I personally like to add guacamole and/or sour cream, and maybe some salsa, for flavor.
the brown rice will be nice in with steam but put before milk coconut a quarter glass and peanut also a half garlik union and a little white paper and basil and steam untill the colour of the rice is bright and the test is softly.
Beans! Or different type of sauces! :]
Make a stir-fry and eat it with rice. If you like Indian food, make that and serve with the rice. You can probably find easy rice or grain pilafs in many cookbooks or cooking websites.
Good gravy, it's RICE. It can't be hard to find something to pair with it.
