If you didn't eat beef for a LONG time, then when U did, didU feel slightly queezy and real exhausted afterwards!

Question: Well it's been a looooooooooooooooong time since I've consumed beef.
The other day I made tacos. It was hamburgar, however fresh. But am thinking that perhaps all the garbagey hormone crapola they put in the beef, is the reason for my 'reaction'?
Ate it 3 different times, and same results.
From now on, it's ORGANIC beef for me. But usually eat chicken and fish. Guess those better be organic too. Will start buying organic meets from now on.

A diet of red meat is hard going on the intestinal tract. It depletes nutrients, overworks the kidneys and liver, causes indigestion.and increases harmful bacteria in your gut.Red meat is a protein which is hard to handle but if you have a hankering for it occasionally have just a deck of card size and a huge salad and steamed vegies to help cleanse out impurities.and make it organic and support your local organic farmer.

for a month i was a vegetarian before i gave in.... the first thing i had was taco bell (my love!!!) and it didn't hurt me... but my friend was one longer and sometimes it hurts her and other times it doesn't..

Yes i give up meat every lent and when ever lent is over and i start to eat meat again i always feel bad at first
its becasue your body is not use to having it in your body
specially if its really greasy
think of it as if you ate something you werent use too like really extrmely spicy food it passes right through you and makes you regret it but if you ate it enough it wouldnt even bother you after awhile

I didn't eat beef for 12 years and was fine after I finally took my first bite again. I quickly became a carnivore after and have been fine ever since. But it's probably different for everyone...

I haven't had meat of any kind (Besides Fish) for about 6 months now. I've noticed that I have more energy and my system works alot better. I tried to eat some chicken a couple weeks ago and I notice that it made me extremely tired and bogged down my system for a day or so....

Oh and I would TOTALY stay FAR away from any meats that contain Anti-Biotics or hormones..

Anti-biotics kill good bactitria in your gut and can make you susceptible to Candida Yeast over growth.
(Yuck! I had to deal with cleansing my system from Yeast overgrowth..) Yeast overgrowth can cause a ton of problems.. like allergies (..food allergies and other allergies thought to be from pollen/grass so on so forth.) Tireness, Spaceyness, Acey muscles and tons of other stuff. if your interested look up "the yeast connection" on amazon.

And Hormones can cause all kinds of things. I haven't done much research on them. at least not enough to tell anyone about them. But I do know they are bad.

If I were to have a taco.. I would make a fish taco.. and why stop there? why not have a sprouted corn taco shell? (if your local store carries them I highly recommend trying them.. there awesome!) the company that makes them is called "food for life" would also recommend some of there sprouted breads.

I couldn't imagine how sick I would be eating beef again. Just the smell of it makes me nauseous!
Could be the hormones and stuff that made you sick, and also your body wasn't used to it.

I think it's your body's way of saying "Please don't contaminate my temple again with this crap). Hamburger is the worst...it is loaded with fat (even the lean kind). Hamburger is made from the scraps of the meat ground up with the scraps of fat. I can absolutely tell you that eating red meat is hard on your system, but hamburger is especially hard....even the organic kind. I would opt for TVP or one of the veggie burgers (there are several varieties) and use this instead of hamburger. Really I don't think organic would have made a difference, but if you are going to eat meat, I would make sure it was only organic.
