Actually, that sounds pretty good, but maybe a little more would be better - maybe 1000 calories.

I'm from the States, so I don't know what jatz are, or biccies, but I'll mention this for some dinner choices. Do include dark green leafy vegetables, such as kale, chard, spinach; and other dynamo veggies like broccoli, cabbage, and sweet potatoes. Also, better fruits would be any of the dark berries.

Minimal lean meats or fish would also make a nice dinner addition. Top it off with a nice cuppa green tea.

Firstly that is not too much and you don't say if you exercises or how much you weigh you could be well under nourished please make sure you are getting all the proper vitamins in you.

I can estimate that you have eaten about 500 calories today, that is basically anorexia. Get some more food in you!!

not at all thats not even enough for a day. i think you should eat more than that.. you can eat anything for dinner because u need more in ur system!!!

here's an idea - stop obsessing about what you eat. Just eat a balanced meal slowly and stop when you aren't hungry anymore. Eat again when you feel hungry.

What the hell? That's not too much, that's too LITTLE! What's your problem?!?! You're active, SKINNY and eating like you're starving. You could be 20 lbs heavier and you would still be slightly skinny.

When I was 65, with a height and weight the same as yours, I was eating 3 times this before having dinner - at this rate, in three months, you should weigh 35 kg.

If you think it may be, you have an eating disorder.

unless you eat a HUGE dinner, that isn't enough. Have some hwole wheat bread along with the fruit at lunch and eat more veggies. Also, make sure you're getting enough protein. Have lentils with brown rice or tofu burgers for dinner.
You should also make sure you're getting enough calcium. Drink at least 2 glasses of milk per day, or otherwise calcium fortified soymilk, or take a supplement. I'd suggest taking a multi vitamin bacause I don't think you're getting all the vitamins and minerals you need in 1 day.

you can eat anything you want for dinner!
that is way too little
