i believe the noodles are vegan, so use a vegetable base, if you like them that much.

Read the label. But why? I'm not a vegetarian or a vegan and even I won't eat those things.
I thought they were vegetarian but not vegan. There are so many ingredients in them I can't remember if they are or not.
I read the Oriental version is.
you have to read the label. if it says "natural flavor" or something along those lines it is made from beef. if it is artificial it should be ok. if its not on the packet try going to their website or write to the producer.

Some are, but make your own (vegan & healthy, of course) - so much nicer! It's okay to indulge on this stuff sometimes...
