I've been Vegan for six weeks, feel great! Lost over 30 pounds. I'm convinced now that people can do just fine without animal products. If you do Veganism right, you'll actually get BETTER protein than if you were eating meat. You lose weight, eliminate mucus, lower your cholesterol, get better nutrients, breath better, sleep better. It's really better all-around.

there arent u need meat for nitrogen. Besides why would u not eat meat?

Not getting sick! my one teacher got sick by almost every different type of meat. He got Hepatitis from shell fish, and he said that jelly stuff in the middle of the bone which is in the middle of ham is actually cancerous and he used to suck on those for the flavor, and much more I can't remember it all. So needless to say he turned vegetarian after all those insanse incidents.

well non but u need proteins that are in the meat for you to have strengh lettuce and other things wont work as a diet!
