None, excess B12 is excreted in your urine. It's a good idea to space out vitamin intake through-out the day because only a certain amount can be metabolized at any one given time. This way you maximize absorption.

yes, better cut down by 50% your consumption or it might raise your appetite

There are no health side effects to excessive B12....your body just excreets what it doesn't need.

The only effect is on your money because higher mg cost more and if you don't need that many take down the mg you take, then the tablets will cost less :)

Try C-14. they say it tastes like mana. careful how you cook it.
Not too much baking soda on the leaves.
Or Indian Hemp. Its just as old.

Don't worry, B12 can be safely excreted by the body.

Although it is the only B Vitamin that the liver stores.

The rest are water soluble.

If you're vegan, you only need to supplement with 1000mcgs of B12 once a week.

To improve possibly depleted stores (IE: if you've been vegan a year and have never supplemented), take a 1000mcg supplement once a day for 2 weeks, then once weekly thereafter.
