Is there anything vegetarian at Denny's?!

Question: I would just look at the menu to see what kind of veggies etc they have and then tell them exactly what I want.. be assertive and don't expect them to know what you can eat or offer to change things for you.. most restaurants will make whatever you tell them you want as long as they have it. My friend always orders a bun w/ all kinds of veggies wherever she goes.

yes,
but I don't know about healthy foods.

There's the veggie & cheese omelet!

Here - I found their site for you...you could also do waffles or pancakes..

I hope that helps!

that's funny, I once went to Denny's and asked them what they had vegetarian.

Waitress said try the shrimp. I messed her up when I told her shrimp wasn't a vegetable. Guess she just had to serve them not cut off their heads.

Depending on where you live some Dennys have veggy burgers, some don't.

They have a boca burger there! Its fake meat! This was the first thing i ate when i first became a vegetarian! lolz!

Here are some: Boca burger, mozzarella cheese sticks, veggie-cheese omelette, two-egg breakfast, pancakes, hash browns, bagel & cream cheese, garden salad and regular fries (apparently seasoned fries are fried in the same fryer as chicken). Some of the sides available when dinner is served are also vegetarian.

They have Boca burgers at all the ones I've been to.
