Unless you eat VERY balanced and very carefully, this is a little unhealthy.

You should still be consuming grains, and there is almost no WAY you will get enough calcium with this diet. If this is a weight loss issue then this is not the way to go at all. If this is an issue of avoiding animal products out of love for animals, this is still not really the way to go.

If you are going to restrict yourself in your diet, please add a GOOD multivitamin to your diet. You can talk to a health professional like your doctor or a pharmacist about what vitamin they recommend for you and your life decisions.

You need proteins to live, and some fats. You honestly truely need them. While there is protein and fat to be found in fruits and veggies, you had better pay attention to make sure you get them. Pig out on products like avocado and beans, soy products like tofu, and be sure to eat the skins of any vegetable and fruit you can.

You would be MUCH better off to add grains and dairy to your diet. If you are vegan and avoiding dairy, look for good substitutes with calcium added. Grains like rice, breads, and cereals are full of nutrients you are going to have trouble getting and would be good to add. If you dont mind dairy, adding some good yogurt, milk, and vegetarian cheeses would be nice.

Eat plenty of nuts and legumes, or even make sure you get a spoonful of peanut butter a day so you get some good fats and proteins.

When starting a drastic diet it is good to talk to a health professional about your hopes for your diet. They can help guide you to what you need to be healthy, and talk to you about how your decision will change your body. Because trust me, it will!

Also, depending on your age, weight, and gender, this can be drastically different. Just please think it through, be careful, and take your health seriously. Without proper fats and nutrition such as proteins, your bones and muscles will suffer, and this can cause long term damage that will haunt you later.

not rely if u have yogert with protyn.

It can be unhealthy. It depends which veges you eat. Your body needs iron, which you can get from spinach. The best thing to do would be speak to a nutritionist or someone from a health food shop and maybe they can recommend you some supplements.

You need protein and iron. Doing that definetely won't kill you, but be sure to supplement yourself with vitamins so you don't develop any deficiancies.

Wellllll...
Make sure you get some protein though.

do some research and eat beans that have alot of protein .also cheese & yogurt

Yes, if you don't get your nutrients.

yes. u need to get all your vitamins nd proteins in

very unhealthy, you would need to take a very large amount of vitamins to keep your body functioning. Trust me its not a good idea, it really messes with your body, and it is extremely hard to stay healthy.

No. You need protein. You can consume iron this way, contrary to other posts, but you'll need something like beans to provide you with protein.

This diet is considered vegan. This diet can be healthy if you chose the right foods.

You should consume a lot of tofu, and soymilk for protein.

I am vegetarian (trying to be vegan), so my advice would be to slow your way into this diet.

If you eat meat right now , you should become vegetarian first. A gradual change is the best way to go

No it's not healthy. You need protein, calcium and other nutrients from sources such as beans, nuts, legumes, tofu, soy milk, whole meal breads, seeds. You will feel tired and I don't think it's very healthy.

No, that's not a balanced diet. You should add nuts, seeds, whole grains and legumes to your diet as well.

ye but you should research it, some people have done it before its called fruitarian, well if you cut out the yogurt

If you are only eating fruit and vegetables, you will be a vegan.
If you are eating yogurt as well, you will be a vegetarian. Either way, you can be healthy.
