Do you feel any different going from vegetarian to vegan health wise?!

Question: :)

Answers: :)

Yep I certainly do... all of my allergies have dissapeared along with my eczema! Think it was giving up milk that did it because lactose tends to aggrevate allergies.

I also just generally feel healthier, maybe not entirely because I gave up milk and eggs etc but also because this has forced me to cook more meals from scratch and because I take more care in my nutrition to make sure I'm healthy.

Most importantly I feel much happier and don't suffer from guilt when it comes to my diet. Turning vegan has been the best decision I've ever made :o)

Physically, I didnt feel much change.
Mentally, yes, knowing I am not eating cute animals anymore (:

actually i decided to become Vegan today. The first day has been pretty hard since i almost forgot like 20 times. but its getting easier.

i really wanna stick to being vegan. i only ate chicken last year and have been vegetarain since new years.

I don't think so. It's just a matter of all the easy slip ups you can make since there are so many non vegan products out there.

I actually do feel better, vegan meals seem like you always feel better right afterward (my family noticxed that too) and overall I have a lot of energy since going vegan, maybe the same way a lot of people feel when they go vegetarian.

It might be me fooling myself because I know it is healthier, but I think I really do feel a change.

I feel a lot better. Since going vegan, I have also outgrown my food allergies in only 6 months.

I do. I feel exuberant almost all the time. It's what I would call a "background feeling" that's always there. Since going from vegetarian to vegan I'm eating a lot more veggies since I've replaced the eggs and dairy with plant foods. Nowadays, if I get a cold (one in 3 years since becoming vegan) it lasts 3 days instead of 2 weeks like before. A muscle strain lasts 1 day instead of a week like before. Muscle building is easy now. In other words, it's great!

After being a veg for 5 years, I went vegan (2 years ago). I noticed the change immediately - I felt so much better. I rarely get sick now, and my diet is more varied - I put on a bit of weight (45 to 50kg), and people said I looked healthier.

well it could affect your health...being vegan means you wont have any animal products what so ever so you will lack a bit of nutrition
