i don't think its as easy as being veggie, so dont kick yourself if you dont last a month, but its worth a try!
make sure you have plenty of vegan goodies in store then you might not be tempted to sneak a piece of cheese!
good luck! :) xx

  • go for it. i actually feel a lot better when i eat healthy. i have never been a big meat eater since i was little. make sure if you're doing it for health reasons, to watch that you're not making up for meat by eating a lot of processed junk though.

    i belive in you! lol

yes i believe in you, random man of planet earth. but promise me you to do your research before and for any reason you do stop, and not let your pride get in the way. i don't want you fainting or worse! speak to your doctor first. and e-mail in a months time, would love to know how you're getting on. is there a particular reason for a change in diet or just curiousity?

awesome go for it!! just make sure you get ur protein!!good luck..mayb go vegan forever

I started out by going vegan for Lent. That's 40 days.

I try not to put so much into labels. If everyone ate vegan now and then - without feeling they had to BE vegan (or vegetarian for that matter) this world would be a better place.

There'd be more food for others. There'd be more water for others. There'd be more land free from cattle. There'd be less methane pollution.

    Enjoy it!

Well, you've already been veg for awhile right? I'm sure you can do it.

For me the hardest thing to eliminate from my diet was cheese. Be sure to have some fatty foods around to snack on (nuts, avocados, Rice Dream...) for when you get cravings!

    Good luck!

Yes, it's good for you. It's also good for the animals you won't eat.

Sure, anyone who wants to do it can! I started out with a 30-day challenge and it turns out I'm meant to be a lifelong vegan. Funny things happen when you live your life with compassion every day. :)

    Yes.

Do it for a month and don't stop!

    Good luck hun :)
