You've GOT to be kidding? Either that or you are American yourself. Most American's don't have a clue what is outside their borders anyway so it stands to figure that you would think Germany is part of the US.

No, it is a country in Europe bordered by the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Poland, the North Sea, and the Baltic Sea. Capitol is Berlin.
