Would you still drink milk if it was it's true yellowish color and not bleached?!
My mom use to date a farmer that had a few dairy cows and he sold the milk as pet food, but we used it like you would normally use milk and it does have a slightly yellowish tinge, probably from the butter fat.
I no longer use dairy products so no more yellow milk for me!!!!
Answers: This is what he is talking about folks:http://www.researchprod.com/bleach.htm

yes - i would have to be told that it just wasnt bleached first tho, just to make sure :P
Sure I would. I didn't know it was bleached, but it doesn't surprise me.
Ugh, no. I'm not an infant, I don't need milk, especially not another animal's milk. ;)
Absolutely my Grandparents had a farm when I was growing up and fresh from "Moo to You" is my favorite - rich and creamy.
I don't drink milk because it's got puss in it. I think it's disgusting!
Yeah, I would. I was raised on it, and didn't start drinking bleached milk until I came back here to the US. In fact, I think that bleached milk is kinda disgusting. I mean have we really let ourselves get that out of touch with our nature?
What??!! Is milk yellow?
BLEACHED????. You don't know what you're talking about!!!!! Where do you people get such BS.
Bleached with what??
PhD Food Chemistry and Nutrition.
i dont think so.
when i see a food i think looks disgusting or smells awful like cheese for example, i dont go anywhere near it! (:
but im sure it would probably taste just as yummy anyways! :)
x
It's bleached? Man, I have to try harder to give up dairy. :(
I hate to drink milk though, like right from the carton to a glass. So gross.
Edit; Come on people, why the thumbs down?
Nah, I am not into sucking a cows boobs!
Edit:- Why is the calve not taking the milk, why are we taking it away from the calve? -
That video looked like it was supposed to be some bestiality porn.
Milked is not bleached.
if you had any idea what you are talking about this would be a good question...bleached???? no having squeezed fresh milk from my own cows many many times...i can assure you that while there is a slight tint to milk fresh from the udder there is no bleaching involved...what that is, is the butterfat in the milk that is what they separate out from the milk to give you things like, butter, whipping heavy cream, and light cream for you coffee...they do this in a separator ..no bleach milk is then pasteurized and homogenized to keep it bacteria free and help it last a little longer in your ice box...please don't confuse either of the things with "bleaching" as no artificial chemical's are added to milk...ever...anyway thanks for listening and sorry to burst your bubble....milk is good for every body..even yours....
Don't look now, Kyle but I think The Answer Man just made a fool of you and a few others here.
My grandmother once said...Fools names and Fools faces, often appear in public places.
Have a nice day.
Yes, I would. BTW-where did you hear such nonsense? Oh wait. Let me guess.
The endless inaccuracies and disinformation in here. Questions like this do a disservice to vegers.
Drama---there's no pus in milk. Hooked on propaganda?
EDIT: You have a link to that?

Bleached?? Milk is not bleached. What we buy in the stores is low butterfat content. Yellow? milk has a lot of cream in it. You are one of two things. Either a troll or a tool that has allowed the vege gurus brainwash you into believing their lies.
Another PETA lie. I guess if you grow up in a city with no concept of the realities of food production you will believe anything. Here's a video of a woman hand milking a cow for you who have never even seen a cow. You can plainly see what color the milk is;

Look at the video... what color is the milk? The real question: after you see the video and realize you have been lied to, will you still believe everything that groups like PETA say? I wish I could believe you wouldn't, but I have my doubts.
Milk is not bleached, that is the butterfat you are talking about. I had fresh milk from a farm on my way up to Napa Valley (man do those people know how to live). It was incredible. You should get your facts straight before you start spewing your PETA propaganda. BTW, about 3/4's of what they say are not true.
