Where do you get your B12 from?!
Vitamin B12 is a member of the vitamin B complex. It contains cobalt, and so is also known as cobalamin. It is exclusively synthesised by bacteria and is found primarily in meat, eggs and dairy products. There has been considerable research into proposed plant sources of vitamin B12. Fermented soya products, seaweeds, and algae such as spirulina have all been suggested as containing significant B12. However, the present consensus is that any B12 present in plant foods is likely to be unavailable to humans and so these foods should not be relied upon as safe sources. Many vegan foods are supplemented with B12. Vitamin B12 is necessary for the synthesis of red blood cells, the maintenance of the nervous system, and growth and development in children. Deficiency can cause anaemia. Vitamin B12 neuropathy, involving the degeneration of nerve fibres and irreversible neurological damage, can also occur.

I get mine from beer.
I get mine from nutritional yeast.. i do believe it is Vegan.. there for no animal or bi-products.. i just sprinkle a little bit in my oatmeal every morning.. not that hard...
Nutritional yeast. Actually, neither animals nor plants are sources of B12. Microbes are. Meat has B12 because of the animal's gut bacteria that produce it, which is then distributed around the body by the animal's blood.
nutritional yeast.. or, as I like to call it "Tofu's best friend"
but then.. it's also popcorn's best friend... hmm.. guess it's just "friendly" LOL
I love the stuff...
Mostly from organic milk and organic eggs. And from 18 years of being an omnivore.
I am vegetarian not vegan by the way.
A glass of cow's milk gives me my full allowance for the day. I also consume eggs and cheese. Its not a problem for people like me who eat dairy.
I get mine from fortified breakfast cereals and soy milk. This is a reliable B12 source and tastes pretty good :)
That was very informative, I 'm going to rely less on
supplements. The only B Complex supplement formula
I have found that is not overdose formula is Rite Aid generic,
I haven't looked at any studies about it.
There is alot of B12 in both men's and women's bodily fluids...
the only sources of adequate vitamin b12 are animal products, fortified grains, and supplements
LMAO, wait did you do my favor? By the way...what is a B12? Bye bye
