Answers: Stopped eating all meats about 6 wks ago but I'm worried that I'm not eating correctly. Are there any books I can read, or web sites I can go to so that I can learn what foods to eat so that I'm consuming enough protein in my diet. Because I am also very anemic I also worried about that. Thanks In Advance

Congrats on going vegetarian!
You shouldn't have a problem getting enough protein, provided that you're eating enough calories and including fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and grains in your diet.
It is not necessary to combine proteins. The person who first popularized this idea in the 70s has renounced it. (See source).

Good luck!
Oh my goodness. Millions of resources. Go to amazon.com and enter "vegan". You'll get cookbooks, nutritional resources. PETA has information. There's a great book for new vegans called "Vegan Freak". It helps you decide what to eat, gives resources, how to answer people's questions, and are you an ethical vegan or a health vegan? Ethical vegans don't wear animal products, either. Try www.veganessentials.com, too. It's all there on the Internet! I don't have enough space to explain it all, or I would! Been vegan 12 years and love it!
It's really not all that difficult. As long as you are eating a broad variety of fruits and vegetables (try eating different colors) and getting 2 servings of dairy, 6 grains, and 3 protein (beans, nuts, etc.) each day you should be fine.
