Question: like made out of soy or somethign that is resonably health for cats

Answers: like made out of soy or somethign that is resonably health for cats

Most cats are allergic to soy. Those who aren't can't digest it.

Cats are carnivores... ~true~ carnivores. People aren't, which is why people can be vegetarians and be healthy by doing so. People can metabolize the protein, amino acids, etc in non-meat products. Cats can't.

Cats need meat.

cats are carnivores, an all vege diet is not healthy

Yes, vegetarian and vegan dog and cat foods are available. I can't think of any of the brands right now, but I'm sure if you google it, you'll find them. I have many friends who's companion animals have been healthy and vegetarian for years.

Cats are obligate carnivores, and people who deprive them of meat are not animal lovers, they are scumbags. If you don't feel comfortable feeding meat to an animal, then buy a rabbit.

Cats are natural carnivores and are unlikely to willingly forego meat from their diet. Cats fed on vegetarian diets are likely to look elsewhere for their preferred meat diet, and many cats will hunt and kill small rodents and birds.

Cats require certain nutrients from meat that cannot be obtained in sufficient amounts from plant foods. These include taurine, arachidonic acid, vitamin A, and vitamin B12.

While cats may enjoy certain plant foods, vegetarian diets high in fibre and polyunsaturated fatty acids may be detrimental to a cat's health. High fibre foods can fill the cat's digestive system without providing the necessary nutrients in sufficient concentrations. Excess polyunsaturated fatty acids in vegetable oils can lead to a vitamin E deficiency related illness.

I am vegan, for ethical beliefs.

I feed my cat meat food, because she would be able to hunt her meat, she was designed for it. Humans would not be able to get meat naturally without any guns, knifes, etc.. can you really see yourself killing a cow and than eating it with your bare hands. NO.

Growing plants and beans, I can do without the aid of any other mechanism if I wanted.

See my point!

Cats NEED meat.
