try olive oil with lemon juice! so good, and good for you. also try tossing them warm in a plain yogurt with dill in it or any other herb.
also try, tossing in chunked up avocado (naturally creamy and so so good for you) and also, sesame oil with light sodium soy sauce, or any low-fat salad dressing. yum yum!

You don't have to put a thousand pounds of salt, you can just add a pinch of salt, some cracked black pepper along with freshly squeezed lemon juice. You can also add freshly chopped herbs. That will make it interesting, tasty and healthy too!

Heart Healthy Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Nutmeg
salt
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup boiling water

Procedure

Mix sugar and corn starch, add the boiling water and a pinch of salt and boil until thick and clear. Continue cooking over hot water for 20 minutes. Beat in the butter, lemon juice and nutmeg. A grating of lemon rind may be added.

An herb vinaigrette.

I love adding tomato sauce- not oily sauce but something with the ingredients of garlic, oregano, mushrooms, etc. so good on broccoli. I also enjoy Soy Joy sauce like a teriyaki sauce but sweeter. Good luck!

make a mushroom sauce by lightly frying sliced mushies in garlic then adding a bit of soy milk and soy cream cheese (sorry, this gives me the hard artery feeling but inclde it on the off chance you may like it)

Use some chicken broth. I do it all the time, it makes your veggies yummy.
