Whole wheat tortillas, can't go wrong with those!
Those are very healthy for you. Beans are healthy as well,as long as they are boiled and not re-fried. They have a good amount of proteins for you.
They are tasty too!
If you have a hot plate(heating pan) heat that up and then throw on your tortilla and let it bubble up a bit on both sides till it's soft...don't let it burn. Then heat up your canned beans and just put some beans on your tortilla and fold in the sides and roll it shut. Enjoy!
They are fairly healthy. Beans have fiber so makes up for anything bad. ok, this is a tough one, but I think you can do it... Put the tortilla in the microwave, make it warm. But the cans in the microwae, heat them up in a bowl. put the warm beans on the warm tortilla, wrap. OR, just go to taco bell!
That is pretty healthy yes. If you have spices, salsa, or guacamole add those too.

Bean burritos are pretty healthy :) Use whole wheat tortillas and actually beans (not that refried stuff). They're also good with black beans, rice, salsa, ect. Chipotle makes really good veg*an burritos.
Well, I personally make a black bean quesadilla using whole wheat tortillas. They are so good. Get yourself a can of refried black beans(the kind that is fat free as it contains NO lard). In a pinch, a can of whole black beans works well also. Spread the beans in an even layer on one of the tortillas. Spread on some salsa, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Top with another tortilla. Heat up a skillet on med. heat. Put some olive oil on a paper towel, and brush it on one side of the quesadilla, and put that side down first. once in the pan, brush the other side with the olive oiled paper towel. This will give you a nice golden color and crisp it up a bit. Heat on both sides till golden and cheese is melted. Cut into triangles and serve with sour cream, quacamole and extra salsa . Enjoy!!
