How many colors did you eat today?!
I noticed that when I was eating the SAD (aptly named, Standard American Diet) I was only eating brown foods. Now that I've changed my ways I eat a lot of colors. I'll start:
Brown: whole grain bread, walnuts
Green: split pea soup, broccoli slaw
Yellow: banana
Orange: shredded carrots
White: garlic
Red: Fuji apple
That's about it for today. 6 colors for me. How about you?
Answers: What I mean is, what foods did you eat today that were colored? What color were they?

Green- spinach, broccolli
white- cauliflower (sp?), vanilla soy milk
red- tomato, strawberries
brown- tofurky
red/orange- Italian dressing
orange- Orange Juice
blue- blueberries
yellow- pineapple, starfruit
Holy crap, I eat a lot of fruit! Haha.

Lettuce- green
Tomato- red
Fish- white
Beans w/jalapenos- white, brown and green
Rice- white
Carrots- orange
Cabbage- purple
wow! what a life u have......im a vegan i dont have time to count my colors but i bet its more than 6! hahaha
Yellow : Bananas, cheese
Brown: whole grain bread, whole grain cereal -- Kashi --, vegetarian burger
Red: tomatoes
White: bread, vegetarian cheese

red- jello
rainbow- lucky charms
brownish- soup and a baked potato
I ate Yellow (banana)..light brown (almonds)..Brite green (broccoli...something Pink (salmon) and something Orange (peas and carrots) and a little snack (corn nuts) and another snack....red (Gala apple) White..chickenbreast....brown (brownrice) White(mushrooms). I had a colorful day!
Well, i have had:
Brown- bread with apple butter, and a sandwhich wich two slices of bread.
Green- asparagus and broccoli
i don't remember having yellow
or orange
White: cauliflower
Red: i had a fuji apple like you
White: Homemade tortilla, rice
Brown: Beans, chocolate, cashews
Green: too many vegetables to count
Yellow: Squash
Well it's only about lunch time in Aus so not that many colors yet.

Red: red apple
Multicoloured: veggie delight from subway minus the cheese
More brown: can of pepsi max
Too much browns today.... =p

Violet - Pomegranate juice
White - Parmesan on my spaghetti
Black - Pepper on my tofu-sausage patty
Brown - A morningstar tofu-sausage patty
Pink - Strawberry banana smoothie
I guess my day was kind of blah.

4- I ate four green colors of veggies today.
I hope your fuji apple wasn't applied with shellac, because that wouldn't be very vegan of you Kyle.
Thank you Kyle for being true to your vegan roots. Please understand while most hate me, I am on "true" vegans side. I just do not like hypocrits, you though jseem to be a pure soul. I love you kid, you are good stock!!!

white/yellow: eggs over easy (on top of boca great if ur not vegan!)

I'm trying to go vegan from vegetarian.
Here are the colours I have had today...
Yellow- Soya milk (it's a yellowish colour)
Brown- 100% wholegrain wheat cereal
Orange- mango (delicious!!!)
More yellow- bananas (also delicious!!)

well i only had breakfast so far so in my breakfast
yellow-egg substitute
red - cherry tomato
white - mozzerella cheese
light tan - soft taco
pink- morningstar bacon
Pink: grapefruit, watermelon
Browny, yellowy: pasta
Red: pasta sauce
Green:Lettuce
White: caesar dressing
orange: orange, sweet potato
