One of my personal favorites for makeup is Urban Decay, theyre all vegan/animal cruelty free, even their brushes.

And for shampoo, I love MOP (modern organic products). Theyre great!

The Body shop but im not sure if they have it in america,if thats where you live. The products their are fairly expensive but worth it.

I see you already have a good list of products, but none of them include White Rain (hair & body care products), they are cruelty free and are comparable in price to Suave (not cruelty free.)

Again: Lush, all their products are amazing, and most are vegan. They also have a sister make-up company: B Never Too Busy To B Beautiful, or B for short. Not sure whether they deliver outside the uk, but there's a link to them on the UK branch of the Lush website.
