Vegetarian guy question?!
Answers: I've been a vegetarian for 5 weeks and I havent...you know done it lately but when I do since Im not eating meat will I have less of a drive and maybe not get as hard?
Quite the opposite actually! Vegetarians often have more of a sex drive and do not suffer from the impotence that many "carnivores" suffer from.
if you do it will mean there is something wrong with you. try it and find out.
rather u will be more vigour.
There is no reason medically that that would happen.
If it's causing you worry, you could go off privately to your room and get a magazine or something and "take matters into your own hand" so to speak. Test it out.
The old myth that vegetarian men are all pansies is just that - a myth. They aren't.
The only way that could happen is if your nutrition needs are not properly met. This problem could happen with any chosen way of eating, even with meat eaters. Be sure you eat enough protein for your daily needs, and also make sure you include the necessary amount of zinc in your diet. Zinc is very important in testosterone production and sex drive and so you do not want a deficiency. Pecans and pumpkin seeds are good sources of zinc, and there are others as well. You might want to go to the library and check out a book on foods and nutrition.
I haven't had any problems in this area, and I've been vegetarian for years. I think it's one of those stupid rumors. I have never seen any credible information that suggests any connection.
Becoming vegetarian makes a man have a better sex drive than before! And a tip, coming from a homosexual man, eating cucumbers makes your babies taste better! Hahaha. :D
I've been vegan for five years and I have problems getting it to go away after we're both done.
zv is correct. There is a medical issue that needs attention because it isn't just a matter of protein. You need zinc to carry the testosterone hormone throughout the system. Just make sure you have a very balance diet. You can't convert from meat eater to vegetarian without making sure you're getting the proper nutrition. I have no problems with this, but I'm a physiologist so I'm already informed on bodily needs of nutrition. Read up and you will be just fine.
