How can I make my banana chips crispy?!
[thanks!!]
Answers: I just dehydrated my first batch of fruit last night. it turned out quite tasty, but pretty chewy. any suggestions on how to get my bananas (especially) to crisp, rather than just to dry?
[thanks!!]
they just don't come out crispy, I used to dehydrate them and they were always chewy in there, when they do it commercially they add a bunch of chemicals
Hmm.... i'm not an expert, but try putting them in the oven to toast for the smallest amount of time. Try adding the tiniest bit of butter on top for them to crisp.
Good luck.! :]

Heat oil and fry chips till golden in colour.
Sprinkle amchoor, salt and pepper and serve.
