What is the healthiest yogurt that does not contain any artificial sweeteners?!

Question: I'm looking for a yogurt (flavoured or plain) that can be considered quite healthy without all those artificial sweeteners like aspartame or splenda. So far the only yogurt I am sticking to is Astro's Bio Best.

Stony-field- It is a great brand. It has an organic line. It supports good causes, and it taste amazing. High quality. My family and I have been loyal to this bran fro a long time.

my favorite is brown cow - especially the cream at the top kinds!

"Brown Cow yogurt is a product you can feel good about. We start by using milk from carefully selected local herds whose cows are noted for their rich, high protein milk. These family farmers have pledged not to treat their cows with artificial bovine growth hormone, rBGH. In addition to supporting local family farms, we also work to support the environment by donating 10 percent of our annual profits to environmental causes.

Most important, however, is the taste! We produce our yogurt using the traditional small-batch method for unsurpassed quality and flavor. To make a genuinely natural yogurt, we never use preservatives or artificial ingredients. Even though people know us best for our original Cream Top yogurt, rest assured every batch of all of our super-premium yogurts adheres to special recipes and is given meticulous attention. The end result is a wide selection of rich, creamy and positively delicious—and entirely healthy—yogurts."

I can't remember the brand, but I luv blueberry yogurt made from rice milk the best and it doesn't have any milk fat at all. I got it at Whole Foods.
spiderman has a point about the gelatin, but the kind I'm referring to doesn't contain animal derived gelatin.

Just get a plain yoghurt and add your own flavourings and sweeteners. That would be the easiest way.

Don't buy low-fat or no-fat yoghurts though, as they are nearly always thickened with gelatin.

Good for you! Most people eat yogurt thinking its healthy, when in fact its loaded with garbage and artificial stuff, as well as gelatine, which comes from the rendered bones, skin, ligaments and tendons of slaughtered animals.. FAGE (pronounced FA YEAH) is a great brand-pure milk, active live cultures, and nothing else. Whats even better is to make your own, homemade, using fresh (preferably raw) milk, straight from the cow. . Check with a local dairy or food co op to find a good source of cream and milk. Making homemade yogurt is very easy, and then you will know exactly whats in it. Email me if you need instructions for making your own. I make a quart of fresh yogurt daily, as well as making my own cheese, butter and kefir (if you don't know what kefir is, google it-if you are a yogurt fan, chances are you will LOVE kefir)

Make your own live plain yoghurt from a packet and flavour it with real fruit like bananas, passionfruit, strawberries or raspberry.

I buy nonfat plain, and add frozen fruit. it is so much better than buying the pre sweetened ones that already have fruit, but I do add splenda
freeze some fresh pineapple chunks, mix with 4oz nonfat plain yogurt, 4 oz milk, and whatever you want to sweeten it with.... mmmm mmmm mmmm!
