you are going to have a tough time. But try the health food section for rice bread. If you are vegetarian you are probably already on the right track anyway. Lots of stir fry, but stay away from soy sauce, weird, but it has flour in it. Eat nuts for your protein. Just check the ingredients for the things you are used to eating. These days most products have bold letter warnings if they contain allergy type products. There is rice milk which I hear is better than soy milk, but I have only had the soy kind. But now they even have choc soy milk so the market is coming along. On the wheat thing watch out, cause if a product says "modified food starch" that very often is flour, ie wheat, they are just not quite naming it as such.
