Sounds good! I'd leave the dips and pita on the tables too so they can munch during dinner. Some dolmades might be nice too, and lots of greek olives!

Hummmm
Not sure about the main course, as it is a special occasion maybe you should have some meat in there unless its a vegetarian Greek do.

It sounds like a nice menu but the Main Course sounds a bit small. Maybe add some nicely spiced chickpeas, spanakopita, cucumber salad, or falafel patties.

It sounds fine but really, if these people are your guess and are not vegetarians on vegans themselves..and keeping in mind that most Greek festival dishes have meat in them, couldn't you bring yourself to have someone prepare some meat for them? Or even fish..grilled chicken breasts would go well with your main course in place of the tartlets for those who want meat and are both easy to prepare and fairly inoffensive to look at when they are served and eaten.

Yes it sounds like a great menu. You might want to have some meat dishes for the non vegetarian guests. Good luck!

I think I'd add something to the menu, unless it's clear it's meant to be a light meal. Maybe you could do a lentil or vegetable soup between the dip course and the main course. I think a vegetable side next with the main dish--such as lightly wilted greens--might be nice.

Sounds good but like they said, I would expand the menu a bit. Maybe an appetizer as well? I know the crudites and dip count as an appetizer but another wouldn't hurt. Dolmathes?

It sounds lovely for vegetarians!
If all your guests are vegetarians then it sounds great but I'm not sure many meat eaters would be impressed by it!
