Answers: One disadvantage: non-vegetarians think you're weird.
I think that one of the advantages is that you don't have to worry about all the crap they pump into cheap meat.
A disadvantage is that you get a lot less choice when you go out for meals but if you manage to find a good veggie restaurant near you, then you're all set!
ADVANTAGE: Vegitable contains low callory, so it can control your blood presure level.
DISADVANTAGE: If you need high protein or if you suffering from defficiency of protine, then you must have some animal protine in your diet.
Advantages-------- You will live for long years, your skin will be glazzier, indigestion will be out of your door.
Disadvantages----------- You will not get the enough protien or calcium (important for kids).
ADVANTAGES:
1. Reduced cholesterol in the diet
2. Reduced fat in the diet
3. Saves animal lives
4. Reduces the risk of heart disease
5. Reduces the risk of diabetes
6. Fewer chemicals are ingested

Since humans evolved to subsist on animal as well as vegetable food sources, the challenge for a vegetarian is to obtain the full range of dietary needs from just vegetable sources. It's not that it can't be done, but you have to educate yourself about such things as Vit. B-12, complete vs incomplete proteins/amino acids, etc.
It can be a healthier diet, or it can be worse. Depends on whether you acquire the knowledge to make it healthy.
well the advantages are that your have alot more energy and power youll fill your body full of vitams and nutrients but the dis advantages are that your body my not take to the change even if you already eat alot of fruits and vegatibles but the bad part about that is it can cuase you to get acid refluax diseas becuase alot of the food vegatarians eat are full of acids that your body cant asorb right and your stomach acid has a harder time breaking done alot of those food cuaseing it to make more acid of its own trust me i got it my self so the best thing todo is to ask a dietion or your doctor about it
