No, all food coloring is from vegetables and plants. And yellow 5 doesn't make male groin any smaller either (as it is rumored)
As far as I know, the only dye she would need to look out for is certain red dyes made from cochineal.
The will be labeled as Cochineal, Carminic acid, Carmines and Natural Red 4.
These are basicly crushed beetles.
