Physical benifits of being Vegan?!
Answers: I know all about the health plus sides but I want to know about the physical.
I agree with everything Max Marie said...
I would add that eating and living a vegan lifestyle keeps you from ingesting toxins found in about all other foods. Less toxins in your system means more energy for your body that would otherwise be fighting to remove these toxins. You see?
On another note, if you are going to eat vegan, check that your soy products say they are made with non-GMO soy, and try to stick to organic everything. Drink hemp milk too, this will keep you mucho healthy.
Nothing, eggs and milk etc are sources of dairy, and you are also missing out on protein. This can give you less energy, and not be very healthy either.
Contrary to what Ronii says - you'll have more energy. Be all around more peppy. That is, if you do it right. Study up on nutrition. Cook for yourself and don't eat out of a package.
All that dairy Ronii suggests slows one down. It taxes your body to digest it so THAT makes you tired.
Plus, you'll have a more positive outlook. Men, ehem, function better in bed without all that fat clogging their arteries. Yes, the same gunk that clogs your heart causes impotence. Women have lower incidences of bone loss and breast cancer.

gas, gas and more gas
you will lose weight and you will look better.
Well, assuming you don't introduce other sources of saturated fat into your diet, you should have less gastric distress and better skin and hair.
I can only speak for myself here, but I have a LOT more energy and endurance. My skin is a lot less dry than it used to be. My periods are shorter and less heavy, with little or no PMS (used to be bad news). I used to be perma-constipated, and now that's totally gone, too. My allergies to things like pollen, grass, trees and mold are somehow better. I lost 75 pounds*. I am almost never sick. Had a little head cold for 2 days around Christmas, but that's the only time in the last two years and it didn't even require a doctor or medicine. All in all, I've never felt better physically.
*In fairness, I started a pretty extensive exercise regime about the same time I went vegan, so some of those benefits, especially the weight loss, might be from all the jogging and weight training I do.
