What type of vegetarian am I?!
Answers: Well, I have heard that their as several types of vegetarian and my friends want to know which one I am. I don't eat fish, meat, chicken, turkey, honey, etc. So if you know thank-you for telling me.
You're not vegan and you're not strict vegetarian.
If you don't eat any seafood such as shrimp or clams, you sound like a lacto-ovo-vegetarian that doesn't eat honey.
Well then you are just a vegetarian...
unless you dont eat cheese, butter, milk and eggs then you are a vegan.
If you don't eat anything from an animal then you're a vegan, if you eat eggs and drink milk you're a lacto-vegetarian. Vegans do not eat anything from an animal, and they also don't use anything from an animal such as leather or wool.
No eggs or milk products = Vegan
Otherwise there is no particular word other than 'Vegetarian'.
A veggy friend who eats eggs calls herself an 'Eggetarian' !
You might have to make up your own word.
you are a lacto-vegetarian if you don't eat any eggs.. if you eat egg, you are lacto-ovo vegetarian
BTW.. fish, turkey and chicken ARE meat (definition: flesh of a dead animal) NO type of vegetarian eats those.. some eat those and CALL themselves vegetarian, but they are mistaken... and spreading misinformation..
To be vegan you would have to eliminate ALL dairy, eggs, and any other animal products. some would claim you would not only need to eliminate all animal products from your diet, but also from your lifestyle!!!!
Just call yourself "vegetarian" That would be accurate, and, unless you have a big problem with milk.. you shouldn't have people trying to feed you stuff you don't want
but what's with the honey? Allergy?? It surprises me that you have a problem with honey but NOT cheese, ethically.. just curious...
Hi,
Those who said you're vegan are completely wrong. Eating eggs & dairy less doesn't mean your're vegan. Your an ovo-lacto-vegetarian. An ovo-lacto-vegetarian is some one who eats eggs and dairy but no meat, fish, seafood or any other animal products like gelatin or rettin. Have to agree with shelly about the honey, I think eggs and dairy are a larger ethical concern than honey.
Hope this helped =0)
You seem to be a Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian. Because you eat milk products and eggs.
Congrats on being veggie! *hugs*
A vegetraian that does not have honey.
Ovo-lacto vegetarian (you eat eggs and dairy but no meat)
ovo-vegetarian (you eat eggs but no dairy/meat)
lacto-vegetarian(you eat dairy but no eggs or meat)
vegan or strict-vegetarian (no animal products at all)
You are a lacto-ovo vegetarian (you eat dairy and eggs but no animals). I agree with topcat you are a veggie who does not eat honey.
Drinking soya milk does not make you vegan or even ovo-vegetarian if you are still eating cheese. Eating eggs once a month is still eating eggs (are you sure its only once a month? - don't forget eggs are in most cakes and biscuits as well as things like mayonnaise and even quorn, most people eat eggs in some form every day but don't notice)
ur a common vegearian missssss
join the clubb!
wooo! yeah!
wooo. ok
yeah...
There is only one type of vegetarian, and that's the kind that eat's NO meat. This kind of stuff irritates me lol.
And fish is meat, just incase anyone is not aware.
And if you don't eat any kind of meat whatsoever, you are vegetarian :)
Vegan
Okay - quasi-Vegan!
vegan
vegan
def. veagan
sounds like a half assed vegan.
You are a flexitarian vegan. Congratulations on choosing the most healthy and socially acceptable diet there is.
