Scrambled tofu, tempeh bacon, vegan sausages, herb roasted potatoes, beans, mushrooms and toast.
And a big mug of tea with soy milk.

I have made this before & it rocks...but you can't move for at least an hour afterwards!

french toast with maple syrup and a glass of vanilla soy milk

freshly ground coffee
to sweeten some agave nectar
mccanns irish oatmeal
fresh blue or blackberries

Pancakes with orange zest grated into them, butter, skim milk, bacon...too bad I can't eat bacon!

Tofu scramble
Country Potatoes or Hash Browns
Fresh Raspberries and Blackberries
Avocado fruit smoothie

Pancakes and strawberries and blueberries!

I like just fruit for breakfast. I have found it is best to start light, and fruit digests real easy. My fave is pomegranate, I like oranges, and grapefruit is pretty awesome, imho.

Scotch and soda

Crispy hash browns and belgian waffles with fruit topping. Mmmmm!

Pancakes w/sausage!

Do I have to pick just one?

Lindburg's hot rice cereal with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg added.

Vegan Eggs Benedict.

Vegan chocolate chip pancakes.

Any of those will be accompanied by strong coffee with rice milk.

Pineapple juice, mango, strawberry, peach and soy yogurt smoothie.

Toasted rye bread with Marmite

My friend's home made granola with soya milk

Rooibos tea

Fresh fruit cup and chilled fresh squeezed, (pulp included) all orange juice followed by
Toasted bagel "pizza" with cheese, tomato , basil and olive oil
or 2 egg mushroom and onion omelet with whole wheat toast
black coffee or tea

Eggs Benedict with well done hashbrowns. Deliccious!

~Steel cut oats topped with a bit of brown sugar, raisins, flax seeds and rice milk.
~A half of a ruby red grapefruit.
~A glass of orange juice or some hot green tea.
~My newspaper.

Hello Scotty, old fiend.

My perfect breakfast would be eggs benedict with a perfect hollandaise sauce. Also, I would like some really good strong brewed coffee and some cranberry juice. A perfect blend of a flex vegan meal.

First thing ,a cold beer,deep fried potatoes,roasted garlic, onoins, then some green pepers, celery ,and cabbage soup.

Three eggs sunny side up, Fried potatoes, Two sausage patties and a rasher of bacon, Toast with honey and real butter, Large glass of 100% milk.

tofu scramble with sauteed spinach, chard, mushrooms, shallots and soyrizo ( Kyle told me about it, it's yummy).

A Fuji apple, and pine apple/guava flavored green tea.
