How much affect would becoming a flex vegan help the animals and environment?!

Question: Flex vegans help the environment a lot. I can't give you a specific percentage, but if more people converted to a flex vegan diet it certainly would help the environment. It would help keep things in balance, whereas omnis and vegans have the environment leaning in two different polar opposites. Flex vegans keep it right in the middle where it should be.

Obviously not as much as a full vegan would but every bit helps. I suppose it's better for the environment if 100 people gave up one animal food day a week as opposed to 10 people going completely vegan. In a perfect world it would just be 100 complete vegans but if flex veganism is all you can adapt to then by all means, go for it and good luck to you :o)
