Answers: Is anything safe these days. Now sausages is bad for you. Now cheese is good for you until.....someone says its BAD

I don't let what the media or other people tell me what to eat. I just use my common sense to make healthy food choices. I eat meat and sugar, but only in moderation. Nowhere does it say we can't have certian foods, but I think moderation is the key.

Your body knows what is good for you. Just eat healthy and wise and you will be fine.

if we listening to the so called experts we'd never eat or drink anything. just eat what you want and enjoy it

Eating anything in large amounts is bad for you. Eat a bit of everything and you'll be fine.

It does your head in!

A little of what you fancy does you good so they say.
Eat what you want, when your times up your times up!

I say eat what you want to eat... You will know if it's unhealthy because it will make you feel bad, you will have bad skin or you will gain weight. I always eat what I think feels right!

What to eat:
Food

What not to eat:
Plastic, dirt, rocks, coins, metal, paint, battery acid, garbage, wood, poison oak/ivy, yarn, wool, thread, glass, rubber, wax, paper, concrete, . I'm sure there is a lot that I left out.

I do not worry much about it. What ever happens.

i agree with the person who had answered just before me.

you should avoid eating anything except food

now that was a sound advise wasn'tt it?

i hope i solved all your problems

i feel the same way but I always knew that meat is BAD

Back in the eighties (showing my age here) the marketing agents and dieticians decided that we need MORE FIBER. It became a frenzy of salads and more Cheerios (it said FIBER on the box) and what ever else would create some scratch factor in the gut. Also in the eighties, cholesterol became a taboo word, so they threw eggs out of the diet. One a week they would say. Somebody forgot to tell the masses that our own body produces cholesterol as well and due to our genetic makeups we all still had cholesterol in our bodies and some people still had elevated levels of the LDL part of cholesterol. As usual the crowd tires of too much of one thing, salads with too much dressing were packing too many calories on suburban wives butts and all of this fiber and reduced eggs was making us fatter as a nation. In the 90's the light bulbs popped and now we can eat eggs again, fiber is still good and we still continue to overconsume the calories.

Today we read of excessive levels of childhood diabetes, teenagers with low bone density levels and will be prone to osteoporosis later in life and Hillary wants to be president to put socialized medicine on all of us.

Put physical education back in all schools, get the kids away from the TV screen, put milk in front of their meals instead of soda. Eat a variety of foods in moderation and realize that what is good for one person will not work for the next as we all have different genetics.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I half expect some "scientist" to come up with a "study" that says cabbage is actually fattening and clogs your arteries.

I try to avoid processed foods as much as possible. And only from trusted companies or suppliers if I have to. Haven't touched any type of pre-packed junk food in years.

Just eat whatever you like, and don't go for all these new trends like vegetarian or vegan.
Humans need a balanced diet..just watch out for too much fat and too many added chemicals. :)

Nothing is bad in moderation, the solutions is having as much variety as possible.

It's also things like having fry ups every day or putting salt in all the meals that makes them unhealthy.

idk, no oone knows

eating anything beyond normal limit is bad.

That is the fault of the media on slow news days. They manipulate statistics and twist stories to fit into their owner's politics and to sell their newspaper or get people to watch their news channel.
Look on the packet for the nutritional values and ingredients and make your decision based on that. I ignore the media when it comes to rubbish stories like those.

I eat in moderate for what i like after all if you wish to eat a extra banana its up to you.

well u shud eat allthe halthy stuff n not the bad stuff -x
