What is the easiest way to go vegetarian?!
Oh, and BTW, emschair, people aren't insane just because you don't agree with their point of view. How about trying to be a little less judgemental? (And less of a troll?)
Answers: I think if it's for you, you'll just do it. Being vegetarian doesn't suit everyone. If you're finding it difficult ask yourself why you want to do it in the first place. If you're finding it hard to feel inspired about what to eat there are plenty of veggie sites online that can provide you with easy recipes.

u have to make up your mind to turn vegetarian . it depends on the place u stay . i am from india and here most of the people are vegetarians . but i would suggest u juss one small theory and it is the principle i follow . try it . when u get everything good to eat without killing any one why do u want to kill some one and eat . and jus think it is supposed to have a life wAT u eat . so i think this will in best way help turn veggie
good luck
nitesh is insane. God intended for us to eat meat. Its yummy, good for you (in moderations, of course), and is just another park of our biocycle.
What really gets me is when people say meat makes one fat, or is unhealthy; then go out and drink soda or eat junk food. DUH!
Hi,
I found it best to eliminate red meat first. Then chicken, fish, eggs, dairy, honey. But it depends on how far you would like to go. Gradual is less sudden for your body, and easier for you to eas into your new life style.
Good luck.
don't buy any meat go and buy soya and tofu instead.and its more healthier for you
I went vegetarian overnight..
1st - Think about the reasons you want to go vegetarian
2nd - Make a meal plan - think about different dishes you can eat. http://www.goveg.com is great
3rd - Make a list of food and go vegetarian food shopping. then start cooking up a yummy vege storm!!
Some ideas for you:
Mexican night - burritos, tacos with chilli beans instead of mince
Indian night - there are loads of vegetarian curries to make!
Japanese night - stirfry with udon noodles
Middle Eastern night - falafels/platter/filo pastries
Italian night - home made pizzas or yummy pasta
Thai/Chinese night - stir fry, tom yum soup, red curry
Euro night - Vege sausages, mashed potatoes, peas and corn. Or veggie burgers.
Hope that helps!!
Take baby steps, like with all lifestyle changes just take small steps. For example, at McDonald's order a big mac (or whatever you prefer) with no burger, then easily replace with a Morning Star or Boca Veggie Burger. My family does it all the time. Its all in your head, whenever you make major life changing decision you should have decided that that is the path you want to and are willing to take. If you don't like veggie foods, I'd highly advise to not switch to a vegetarian lifestyle, because after eliminating meats, a source of protein, the veggie foods hold the dietary proteins necessary to still have a healthy life. <:Moni:>
