Do vegetarians use sponges to wash the tofu off their dishes?!
Answers: tofu sponges, duh!!!!
Oh my, you got me! Modern day kitchen sponges are synthetic, you smarty pants. Besides it's vegans who don't use any animal products.
i'll ignore the fact that most sponges are synthetic, but since you asked....no, i don't.
Sounds like someone is trolling to me! I don't use sponges and I am not a vegan, but I don't look down on those who are. Each to their own, I say.
Yes both vegans and vegetarians do.
Synthetic sponges isn't crazy talk. Denying their existence shows you're either trolling or haven't been educated that they exist.
"Synthetic sponges are made of three basic ingredients: cellulose derived from wood pulp, sodium sulphate, and hemp fiber. "

I'm a vegan and i use a fairtrade organic dishcloth, is that ok with you? :)
I use a dish brush with fun little plastic bristles. Oh but for rinsing the plate... I usually lick it clean.
welcome to the 21st century!!!
Everyopne knows this is a trick question because dishes are made from animal bones, so vegtarians don't use them. Vegetarians actually suck the tofu out of those little tofu packs using a very large straw.
And what is that watery stuff around the tofu? It's like tofu blood. ewww.
my dishwasher doesn't talk
They are made of cellulose. Cellulose comes from plants. Read the label next time you go buy a sponge.
*sigh*
Nobody uses real sponges. Look at the pack in the grocery store - they all say "cellulose." It's a plant product (most industrial cellulose comes from wood pulp and cotton.)
I use a dishwasher. And I've never eaten a sponge, synthetic or otherwise, so I hope it's OK with you if I still call myself a vegetarian.
I use tofu to wash off all of my sponges.

(whatever that means)
NO, THEY USE SEA ANEMONES.
