Strange craving for bananas & soya milk!?!

Question: Not at the same time. Sorry it sounds crazy but I'm serious! My craving for apples is now a craving for bananas! I can't get enough [banana] soya milk either, is my body trying to tell me something? I'm getting a little worried!

I appreciate that this sounds weird. But I'm being honest.
(I eat plenty of fruits and veg, and I have a good diet so I don't understand these cravings!) Help

It sounds like you are fine. We all get cravings and there are times when people crave one thing and eat that for a period of weeks until they get sick of it.

I always crave bread, but that's because it's so good, and I don't think I have a carbohydrate deficiency or anything.

You simply love bananas. Maybe you are turning into a chimp. :3

Me too! Awhile ago I went through the same thing... right after I kept having cravings for apples lol.
I'm perfectly fine now, so its nothin' to worry about :)
Your body just loves healthy food

maybe your body thinks its going back in time with evolution so you're turning into a monkey.
kidding, lol, maybe u like bananas, its better than being hooked on chips or something.

I had both today in my smoothie! It was very good..cinnamon,syrup,strawberries and frozen banana and choc. soy milk. I got a new one that donates some money to pandas!! haha well bananas are really good. I tend to crave them at points too. I dont think theres a main reason--I think its just a food thats tasty and your bodies saying thanks can I have more?! IDK im not an expert on foods haha.
