Hey Scottie,
I do feel healthier now. Today I went on a 6 mile (9.6 km) hike in the forest with a couple friends. To be honest I never exercise but I was able to outdo my omni friends who are in seemingly "tip top" shape...and I am a smoker!! Even as a smoker I am still healthier than them. I didn't even have to take any breaks like they did.
I remember taking that same hike a couple years ago before I was vegan and I had to stop and drink a bottle of water each time I stopped. Today I kept on going and only drank a half bottle of water for the duration of the hike. I didn't even break a sweat the whole time.
The only thing I changed was my diet and I am already seeing great rewards.
Cheers
Im not vegetarian, but i love vegetarian food.
It makes our body lighter.
I dont like meat, fish.
The greener the better.
Yes! Most definetly!
I've been vegetarian for about 3 years now and i've loved every second of it ^^!
I feel healthier
I've gotten in better shape etc.
AND
I have the satisfaction of not eating any cute animals :D
M8 we been veggie for bout 10 years now and we love it, the thought of dead animal in me makes me feel sick. Meat is murder!......
Yep! I love it :D
Even though I got "iron deficiencies" according to my mum I feel better than ever!
She has no idea what she's talking about, I just wear sunscreen.
Veggies r alot better dan meat. Meat simply sux........
Definitely healthier and I feel really good about the choice!!
I'm proud of being vegetarian..
it also makes sense for ethical reasons as well as health reasons. If everyone in the world was vegetarian we could eradicate world hunger because of the increased availability of grain resources.
I have been vegetarian, my whole life, so the thrill of eating animals is still there. :P
But yeah, i have been quite healthy, when it comes to things affected by food :)

Healthier? No, it's weird I feel "cleaner" if that makes sense
Being vegetarian gives me wings! No wait - thats Red Bull! :)
I've been vegetarian for just over a year now. I enjoy bodybuilding as a hobby and in order to gain maximum muscle I used to eat meat by the bucket load! The problem was I was always racked with guilt - using meat in wasteful quantities for pure fuel with no regard for where it came from.
Now after over a year of being vegetarian I feel healthyier, cleaner (I know it sounds weird), am guilt free and best of all - I am still able to put on muscle using vegetarian foods! So its a win-win situation!
I feel great! Happy, energetic, hyper, and crazy (in a good way)!
No, Not really. I am disabled though, so I dont think I will ever feel better.
