beans and lentils

I don't know if you are vegan or not. Try milk it has all of the proteins needed for the human body. If you don't believe in that then try tofu or mixed vegetables like a salad to get a whole protein.

# Peanut Butter
# Beans, Tofu, Lentils, and other Legumes
# Grains, including bread and pasta
# Seeds

Eggs, milk, spinach,soybeans,quinoa,whole grains, rice,beans,legumes,corn,oats and peas!

Soy foods (tofu, tempeh, edamame, tvp, faux meats,) beans and other legumes (lentils, peas, peanuts, chickpeas,) whole grains, seeds, vegetables (especially dark green veggies,) mushrooms, dairy products and eggs.

soy!! so soybeans, soymilk, an tofu, also dairy is a complete protiene, try yogurt, or whole grain bread and motzerlla cheese grill cheese, thats a complete protiene too ?

Tempeh, tofu, seitan, beans, lentils. I eat clif bars for quick protein on the run!

If you think you might have a nut allergy, you should see a doctor, because nut allergies can start out mild and end up deadly. Better safe than sorry! An epi-pen could save your life.

Vegetarian meat replacement products, such as Quorn or Realeat are high in protein.

Here's a good one
This I believe is the super food for vegetarians.
Tempeh! It looks weird, but the taste is unbeatable
Can be made to fit into anything- like chili :)
Depending on the grain, and other ingredients added Tempeh can be from 19-23 grams of protein per serving(@ 4oz).
Other than that- most all veggies contain protein. So include a super food like Tempeh or Tofu once or twice a day, and you should get all you need( depending on your weight).
