Is Quorn all it's cracked up to be?!
I have been eating it for the past 3 years, but is it nutritional?
Please could I have feedback?

I tried it but didn't like the taste at all. If you're looking for a meat substitute, I think there are better options out there -- I like a lot of the Boca and Morningstar products.
Well, as far as shredded cardboard goes, it's fine.
a good substitute for meat in burritos are refried beans
a lot of people like it better because it doesn't use tvp - which is in the morninstar and boca type products. however, i don't like the taste of quorn. but if you do then yes, keep going!
Love Quorn.
Quorn turkey roast, with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. Use leftovers on for a 'turkey' sandwich or in soup -
Vegetarian Chicken Noodle Soup
6 cups of pure water
? cup Vegetarian Chicken Soup Base
6 organic celery stalks, chopped
1 ? cups sweet onion
6 carrots, chopped finely
1 package organic noodles (rice, corn or barley)
1 package of Quorn Tenders (or use leftover Quorn Turkey Roast cut up)
Sauté Tenders lightly in olive oil. Heat water, add soup base, stirring gently. Add vegetables, noodles (consider breaking them into 1-2 inch pieces) and Quorn Tenders.
Like Seitan, TVP, Quinoa, Tempeh it is an acquired taste.
I like them all as I am a veggie convert due to my medical condition and being a type 2 diabetic.
Odd question if you've been eating all this time. LOOK at the nutritional label on the packages.
Flip side here... my daughter is a Personal Trainer, certified in Nutrition allows her children to eat it. She before she became RAW did also. I know she tells her clients it's a decent substitute to eating animal flesh.
