Soy milk is perfectly healthy as long as you don't have an allergy.

That stuff about estrogen levels is nonsense.

actually the best, healthiest form of soy that you should intake is fermented (like miso or tofu) . Also, drinkiong organic soymilk is good. But overall, drinking soymilk that often isn't good because it interferes with your endocrine and creates hormones (bad)..try drinking almond milk instead.

Too much soy can create an imbalance in your estrogen levels. Variety is the key. Switch out periodically with hemp, oat, almond, rice, and multi-grain milks.

Hi I drink about 500ml a day, its a good source of calcium, protein and vitamins E, D2,B12(which is essential for a vegan) and Riboflavin.
I use Alprosoya, it also contains Omega 6 and 3.
So i think you are OK. :)

I drink a lot of soya milk too! It has added vitamins and calcium. I love it!

[edit] Listen to fluffycat's advice! :-)

best wishes.

You could do worse, but 24 oz seems like a lot. You do want to get your protein and calcium from a variety of sources. I'm sure you know that as long as you eat a balanced diet, you'll be fine protein-wise. And Vegetarian Resource Group (www.vrg.org) has a list of foods rich in calcium.

Soy has been associated with different health problems, soy milk is ok in moderation, however ever since soy was used in China they never used it un-fermented, so try sticking to fermeted soy, such as tofu and miso, also you could try almond, rice, coconut and hemp milk, alot of which are fortified with protein and such. But if sticking with soy milk just be careful.

Peace and Love
