How much soy milk is too much?!
Answers: I've been drinking heaps of soy milk lately. I don't eat any dairy or tofu, but I have 2 soy coffees and 1 glass of soy milk at home. Is 3 glasses per day too much soy milk? How much is the daily recommended limit for vegans?

I have about 500ml a day, that gives me 90% of my RDA of calcium, 76% of my RDA of vitamin E , 76% of my RDA OF Riboflavin, 76% of vtamin D2 and 250% of vitamin B12, plus it has omega 3 and 6,protein,and fibre.

i would be guessing as much as 6 glasses a day would be fine because you have no other dairy intake by the looks.

About 3-4 serving of soy a day is probably the healthy amount. I mean sometimes I have 5 and on the most 6, but not every day. There are some days when I don't have any. Moderation is the key.

what you are drinking is fine, I drink a lot of it too! It's so tasty and versatile. You could try hazelnut flavoured rice milk! It's really good. If you are consuming a variety of different proteins, there will be no problem. No worries!

It's at the most 8 cups. b/c too much milk can make you sick.
if your body can tolerate soy then its okay get the nutritional label on the container that should help.My son has allergies to soy so even a drop causes stomach cramps
