Im a pescetarian also!
Some days I dont eat seafood at all

For breakfast a fruit is good or you could eat a granola bar with some yogurt also.

I usually snack on fruits or low fat granola bars and cereal bars.

Some good dinner foods are:
Shrimp Caesar Salad - (Baked breaded shrimp with italian sauce on VERY green lettuce..You can add whatever else you like but I usually just have Shrimp on mine)

Lemon Fish - (Fillet of fish..I usually use catfish or tilapia..Put lemon pepper, lemon juice, banana peppers and a little salt on the fish...Bake in the oven wrapped in aluminum foil for 15-18 mins on 400 degrees..You can eat it with a baked potatoe or rice)

Salmon with Alfredo - (Grill a fillet of salmon so it will be firm and not fall to pieced..Use whatever spices you like..Cook Alfredo seperate..You can buy pacakages of ready to make alfredo..Serve salmon on top of alfredo)

I have others..Those are just some. Good luck and feel free to contact me for more recipes and I also have other thinks with lots of recipes if you'd like!

I know where you can find ideas: Google "Flexitarian Diets". Many flexitarians are pescatarians as well.

You will find a lot of websites with suggested recipes and meal planning.

As a pescatarian you have the healthiest diet around. All that Omega-3 ... Excellent.

Go and read the following

theres this really good meal that i can cook called salmon lol
but its a columbian dish and its sooo yummy

basically you take the salmon and pour terriyaki sauce on it and squeeze a lime on it and put it in the oven until its cooked...the end.

its simple and DELICIOUS

look at vegetarian recipes.....they are good for you! you can always add fish or other seafood to the recipes if you wish, but i wouldn't suggest eating a lot of it because fish contain things like mercury that can harm your body in large doses. try eating mostly veg recipes and having fish a couple of times a week. www.goveg.com has some recipes as well as www.theveggietable.com.
