I cannot give you a listing of veggie cheeses in Adelaide, BUT, I can give you a simple recipe to make your own Vegan Parmesan at home.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup (60 ml) slivered almond
1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame seed, toasted
1/8-1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) lemon zest

Prep:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until everything turns into tiny crumbs.

Enjoy

According to wikipedia, there are non-animal sources for rennet. However, rennet is not meat. Why can't you eat it? You are obviously not vegan. And, by definition, vegetarians can eat animal products as long as it isn't meat.

There are 3 kinds of rennet,
animal, vegetable and microbial.
With all due respects to vegetarians( they do not eat any cheese made with animal rennet) you can get a parmigiano made with vegetable rennet.
OK, it won't be as good as Reggiano but who cares?
There is a site that lists all the cheeses made with vegetable rennet( remember also that you can substitute many cheeses that taste like parmigiano that are made with vegetable rennet.
Kraft probably isn't made with animal rennet.
Most large American companies( even Polly-o) have switched to vegetable rennet.
I'd look it up for you but I'm so tired I'm hitting a wall here.
I'm quite sure that Kraft is made with Veggie rennet.
If not email me and I'll get you a brand.
( and a source).

http://crueltyfreeshop.com.au/ has vegan parmesan cheese
you can also use nutritional yeast which is available from most organic or health food stores.
