Vegan food question!?!

Question: Does the brand "Pillsbury" only sell vegan friendly food?
I have heard of people who use a cake mix from "Pillsbury" and its vegan, i was just wondering if the rest of their stock is vegan as well? I cant seem to find the ingredients listed on their site

While I *highly* doubt that all of their products are vegan-friendly, at least the crescent rolls are (not good for you, however!) Below is an exchange between a member of another forum I belong to and Pillsbury re: crescent rolls. This is a much better way of getting the kind of answers you're looking for; contact the company directly and question them about their ingredients.

>Originated by Consumer: Hello, I was wondering if the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (refrigerated canned) contain any animal ingredients or by-products? There's question on the vegan forums as to whether DATEM is vegan/free of animal derived ingredients (dairy, enzymes, etc.). Thank you in advance, xxxxxxxx

Their answer-

Dear Valued Consumer:

Thank you for contacting Pillsbury with your inquiry.

The Pillsbury Crescents do not contain any animal ingredients.

We hope you find this information helpful. Please let us know if we can help you again.

Sincerely,

I assume the link you posted in your question has a "Contact Us" option.

Pillsbury is a good brand, i think they only sell vegan foods but i'm not sure.

That's because their products are NOT vegan. If you read the ingredients, you'll see. I think people who say that (and are vegans) are either just stupid or trying to prank you into eating something that's not vegan....Don't listen to them.

Pillsbury is really, really not vegan at all.
