If I have the meat replaced with beans and eliminate the cheese on a double decker from taco bell...?!

Question: What do you think the calorie difference would be?

Answers: What do you think the calorie difference would be?

According to their website a double decker taco with extra beans, lettuce, taco shell, and tortilla comes out to 270 calories. You can also order a double decker taco, no meat, fresco style which would be about the same calories but it adds salsa fresca.

Here's the nutrition info:http://www.yum.com/nutrition/results.asp...

then you have a tortilla.with beans in there

probably similar if not more.

Meat and cheese are not high in calories, they are high in fat.

Most cheeses have 110 calories per ounce. Beans are a little lower in calories than meat. If both layers have cheese then you would probably save about 150 calories.
