Just get more good carbs and protein from stuff like peanut butter, nuts, seeds, whole grain pasta, potatos and such. You can use soy, spirulina or hemp shakes or eat protein bars but it's much healthier to just eat protein recovery meals after you work out.

Have a lot of protein! Like you can add kashi go lean protein shake powder to soy milk. Have protein bars too. I like organic food bars. They come in a protein variety. Lift weights, do sit-ups, and jog to actually get the muscle.
