It's not bad, but do make sure your cereal and cereal bars don't have dairy. Luna Bars are good, as they are vegan. Clif Bars (Luna's parent company) are very filling.
Unless that's a very large salad, you might want to add a small cup of soup or a half-sandwich to go with it.
You don't want to do the veggie dogs or veggie nuggets all the time, but once or twice a week isn't bad. I'm not a fan of Boca or Morningstar Farms.
I don't see any fruits in there. And no, fruit punch doesn't count! But in a pinch, juice does.
I'd have tea with lunch and rooibos (so-called red tea) or juice with dinner instead of soda. If you like sodas, there are carbonated fruit juice drinks. But you shouldn't have those all the time, maybe two or three times a week tops.
Check out the book "Skinny B*tch." it has a sample menu, along with lists of vegan convenience food. They also have a cookbook, "Skinny B*tch in the Kitch."
There's a book called "Conveniently Vegan" that has vegan recipes based on easily found ingredients.
And try www.vegweb.com for recipes.
Sounds good. But you may want to include some nuts, seeds, beans, legumes etc. for protein.
chick-n-nuggets thats meat it comes from chickens
Everything see pretty good. Just make sure the nature valley cereal doesn't have honey in it.

Here are some good recipes:
Stir fry- You need cut up tofu, olive oil, steamed veggies, and cooked rice
Get a frying pan and coat it with olive oil. The put the tofu in the pan and brown each side of it. Next, add the veggies. Add a little more olive oil and put in the rice. Mix everything up and then let it sit on the stove, occasionally stirring it to make sure it doesn't burn. After about a minute and a half of that put it in a bowl and enjoy!
Hummus- chick peas, lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, and any other spices/seasonings you like
Puree the chick peas. Then add a little lemon juice, paprika, pepper, and other spices. Then stir. Serve with a pita, with cucumbers, or on a veggie wrap.

Whole foods is a great store for vegans, so I recommend grocery shopping there. You also can get a lot of the things I listed above there.
You made a great decision to become vegan. Remember to watch out for gelatin, honey, milk, eggs, ect.
No egg or dairy.
Nutragrains contain milk solids, coutons are pretty much bread (egg and milk)
It is harder than you think.
Tomato soup often contains milk solids as well.
When you are going vegan, pretty much most processed foods are out. You would be surprised at how many contain milk solids, egg products, gelatin, rennet and other somewhat non vegan products.
I would try going vegetarian before going vegan. If you already are vegetarian I would work on a better menu. It may be a decent start but you're going to need more than just those items you listed.
You're on the right track - but you need to include more beans.
Your dinner options don't need to be limited to 'fake meats'.
Try:
Stir frys
Homemade pizzas
Mexican chilli bean burritos
Indian curries - made with coconut milk bases.
Also you need to make sure you are getting enough b12 - I am from New Zealand and we have vegemite and marmite for b12 but I'm not sure if you have that where you are from?
The Questions mark person: No your dumb. Their is vegan chicken that is made of soy and other ingredients!!!!!!
That's sounds good. My bf cooks vegan and he is amazing at it. I actually think that the food dishes he makes are better than meat dishes. There are also Vegan restraunts like the Sunflower and others.
